Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ⅓ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 ¼ cups crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter

Directions:

  1. Make Chocolate Base Layer: Melt 1 ½ cups chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Pour into pie plate and refrigerate until set.
  2. Prepare Peanut Butter Filling: Mix powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Assemble Filling Layer: Spread peanut butter mixture over chilled chocolate base.
  4. Top with Chocolate Layer: Melt remaining chocolate chips with ½ tablespoon vegetable oil. Pour over peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Chill Until Set: Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve: Slice with warm knife and serve chilled or softened at room temperature.
