- 4 beef hotdogs
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Slice each hotdog lengthwise, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
