Ingredients

Brownie layer

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Peanut butter mousse

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Chocolate mousse

  • 150 g chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Topping cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Mix all brownie ingredients until smooth, pour into a pan, and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Whisk together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until light and creamy.
  3. Melt the chocolate for the chocolate mousse, then gently mix with the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and cocoa powder until soft peaks form.
  5. Assemble the layers: brownie base, peanut butter mousse, chocolate mousse, and topping cream.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
