Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vodka (smooth, high-quality vodka recommended)
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur)
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord or crème de framboise)
  • 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • Ice (enough to fill a cocktail shaker halfway)

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • White chocolate syrup or sugar for rimming
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass:
    • Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to chill. A cold glass enhances the drinking experience and keeps your cocktail cold.
    • For an extra decorative touch, rim the martini glass with white chocolate syrup or sugar:
      • Spread a thin layer of white chocolate syrup (or simple syrup) on a small plate.
      • Dip the rim of the chilled martini glass into the syrup and roll it in finely grated white chocolate shavings or sugar.
  2. Mix the Drink:
    • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
    • Add:
      • 1 oz vodka
      • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
      • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
      • 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter texture)
    • Secure the shaker lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and create a frothy texture.
  3. Strain and Serve:
    • Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into the chilled martini glass. The drink should have a creamy pale pink hue with a frothy top.
  4. Garnish the Martini:
    • Drop a few fresh raspberries onto the surface of the drink for a pop of color.
    • Sprinkle white chocolate shavings over the top for a luxurious finish.
    • (Optional) Add a white chocolate curl or drizzle melted white chocolate for an indulgent touch.
  5. Enjoy:
    • Sip and savor the creamy, fruity, and subtly boozy combination of this indulgent martini. Perfect as a dessert cocktail!
