Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • ¾ cup buffalo-style hot sauce
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (plus extra for topping)
  • 5 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain well and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, ranch dressing, celery, and chives to the pasta. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle with additional ranch dressing just before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
