A healthy, no-sugar, and no-flour oatmeal bake with tender apples, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack to aid in weight loss!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (90g) oatmeal
  • 150 ml warm milk (about ⅔ cup)
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 20g (1 ½ tablespoons) butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanillin (or vanilla extract)
  • 2 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Oatmeal Mixture:
    In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, warm milk, melted butter, vanillin, and eggs. Stir until everything is well combined.
  2. Add the Apples:
    Peel and dice the apples, then fold them into the oatmeal mixture.
  3. Bake:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Pour the oatmeal mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
  4. Serve:
