Ingredients:

  • lbs green seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs red seedless grapes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup crushed pecans (to taste)

Directions:

  • Wash and stem the grapes, then set them aside to drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Gently stir the grapes into the cream mixture until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl.
  • For the topping, combine the brown sugar and crushed pecans. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the grape mixture to fully cover the surface.
  • Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
