Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese and chopped green onions for garnish
