Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of vegan chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Prepare the Muffin Pan:

  • Line a muffin pan with liners and lightly spray with non-stick spray to ensure easy removal.

Melt Peanut Butter Mixture:

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the peanut butter, honey, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Add Rice Krispies:

  • Once the mixture is melted, remove from heat. Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring it’s evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.

Form the Balls:

  • Distribute the mixture evenly into the muffin liners, pressing down firmly to hold everything together.

Melt the Chocolate:

  • In another saucepan over low heat, melt the vegan chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and melted.

Top with Chocolate:

  • Spoon the melted chocolate over each peanut butter ball, spreading it evenly. You can make swirls or patterns if you like.

Chill:

  • Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator and chill until firm.

Serve:

  • Once firm, remove from the fridge and peel off the liners. Enjoy your delicious, crunchy, chocolaty peanut butter balls!
