Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces roasted turkey breast, sliced
  • 2 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh arugula or spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer turkey, brie, cranberry sauce, and arugula (if using) on one slice.
  4. Top with second bread slice, buttered side out.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
