Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Optional: crushed candy canes
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red and green sprinkles
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
Stir until the mixture resembles damp sand.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bases of mini cheesecake molds or lined muffin cups.
Refrigerate to set while you make the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
Add the powdered sugar gradually and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream together with the vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, working slowly to maintain a light texture.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled crusts, dividing evenly among the molds.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecakes are fully set.
  8. Before serving, top with red and green sprinkles and, if desired, crushed candy canes for a festive finish.
