Ingredients:

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and Parmesan cheese, cooking until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce, then add steak bites back to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
