Indulge in the delightful combination of toasted pecans and smooth white chocolate with these New Orleans Pecan Clusters.

Perfect for a sweet treat or a gift, these clusters are easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 lb white chocolate chips or chopped almond bark
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Line two large sheet pans with parchment paper to prepare for your clusters. In a saucepan over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans until they are aromatic, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Once toasted, mix in the fine salt and set aside.

Melt the white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Stir in the ground cinnamon until well combined. Fold the toasted pecans into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Using a spoon, portion out the mixture onto the prepared pans, forming small clusters. Refrigerate the clusters for 20-30 minutes, or until they are firm and set.

Once the clusters have hardened, they’re ready to serve. Enjoy these rich and crunchy New Orleans Pecan Clusters as a delicious treat anytime!
