No-Bake Million Dollar Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

Topping:

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Extra whipped topping
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together condensed milk, drained pineapple, lemon juice, pecans, and coconut (if using).
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Decorate with extra whipped topping, pineapple chunks, chopped pecans, and maraschino cherries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set before serving.
