Oven-Baked Feta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup pitted olives, drained
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sliced French bread or crostini (for serving)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the feta block in a small baking dish and arrange the olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the mixture over the feta, olives, and tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes to achieve a golden finish.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with French bread or crostini.
