Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and save 1 cup of pasta water.
- Prepare the Sausage Bites:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces and cook for 4-6 minutes, until browned. Remove the sausage and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked sausage in the garlic butter and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
