Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 packet dry pork gravy mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • Cold water for gravy

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and pork gravy mix. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder.
  3. Place the chops in the slow cooker.
  4. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and add to the cooker to thicken the gravy.
  5. Cook covered on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.
