Ingredients:

  • 3¾ cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1¼ cups light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp red food coloring
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon oil
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Grease a sheet pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix sugar, water, corn syrup, and red food coloring. Boil to 300°F.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cinnamon oil, and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Let cool, then break into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
