Ingredients:
• 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
• 2 ripe avocados, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
• 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

For the Dressing:
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta:
Boil the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.
2. Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
3. Combine the ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro.
4. Toss with dressing:
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated. Be careful not to mash the avocados.
