Ingredients:

– Refrigerated biscuit dough (1 can, 8 pieces)
– 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
– 8 cubes cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1/3 cup barbecue sauce (plus more for dipping)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit and place 1 cube of cheddar and a bit of bacon in the center. Add a small spoonful of BBQ sauce. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  3. Top & Bake: Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  5. Serve: Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
