Ingredients:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of petite diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Cook the macaroni but stop 3 minutes before the time on the box says. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over high heat. Toss in the ground beef and onion. Cook for 6-7 minutes, breaking up the beef as it browns. Drain the extra grease.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the garlic and cook for about a minute, until it smells amazing. Then, mix in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Combine everything well.
- Season it Up: Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Give it a taste and tweak the seasonings if needed.
