- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles (optional)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar + mozzarella cheese (mixed)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray or butter, for greasing
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish and press in the unbaked pie crust.
2️⃣ Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned and soft. Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Season the Mixture
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
