Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 11 ounces caramel squares (1 bag)
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a medium pot, combine the caramel squares, heavy whipping cream, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir over medium heat until everything is melted and smooth.
  3. Add the roasted salted peanuts and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper.
  5. Place the sheet in the refrigerator or freezer for about an hour to set.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  7. Dip each caramel-nut mound into the white chocolate, tapping off any excess.
  8. Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
