Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp each of garlic and onion powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- A splash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1-6oz box of stuffing mix (any kind except cornbread, dry)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, dry stuffing mix, eggs, water, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a broiler pan to allow any grease to drip off during baking.
- Brush the top of the loaf with more ketchup or your preferred topping.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes after removing from the oven before slicing and serving.
