- ¼ cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, shredded
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1 ½ cups Brie cheese, cubed (½-inch pieces)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, honey, white wine vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
