Cheesy Bacon Beef Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the cooked beef until well combined.
3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls: Lay out tortillas and add a portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture. Roll tightly like a burrito.
4️⃣ Toast the Rolls: Brush each roll with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
