Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Parmesan Ranch Spread:
– 1/4 cup ranch dressing
– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

For the Parmesan Crust:
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to baking dish.
  3. Add Ranch Spread: In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Make the Crust: In another bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, panko, and melted butter. Sprinkle generously over the chicken.
  5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temp) and the crust is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Delicious with mashed potatoes, veggies, or a fresh salad.
