Ingredients

For the Artichokes:

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (15 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • ¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Artichokes: Drain and pat the artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

3️⃣ Coat the Artichokes: In one bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

4️⃣ Dip and Coat: Dip each artichoke first in the butter mixture, then roll in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture until fully coated. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.

5️⃣ Bake: Bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.

6️⃣ Serve: Let them cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!
